E-Merging Career Network-- Taking the Lead

E-Merging Career Network…Taking the Lead

Indeed, Monster, Career Builder—All have been leading employment websites that thousands of job seekers and employers have utilized to find their new job/career or next potential job candidate respectively.  E-Merging Career Network (E-CNET) is a new employment services company that will have a focused target group, giving those in this group a better advantage to spotlight their talents from the thousands of others on the mega “Monster- type” sites, where they get lost in the mix.  While at the same time, allowing employers to take advantage of a “Premium Selection” of dedicated, highly skills candidates ready to continue building the organization’s success.

THE BUSINESS:
This concept to create specialized employment services for people over 50 years of age, Veterans and others who are considered to be a ‘protected class’ is a new and innovated idea.  Many job seekers are challenged competing for jobs with a larger, younger population, getting lost in the ‘black hole’ of resumes.  E-Merging Career Network’s specialized services and website will allow them to upload their resume and have a closer connection with recruiters and employers.  Human resources professionals will appreciate E-CNET for the value it will add to their recruiting efforts. Candidates will appreciate E-CNET for their quick and convenient access to a wide range of companies and their openings.
E-Merging Career Network will host an array of Virtual and Traditional Job Events in specific states beginning in Washington and Georgia where offices are located. They are committed to markets often neglected by other online employment services. Upcoming job event markets include Greater Seattle, Atlanta/Columbus, and Phoenix, AZ, all of which have large populations of aging and military communities. Other markets will be added as the business identifies.
FOR EMPLOYERS
E-Merging Career Network, strives to build committed, long-standing partnerships with top industry leaders, in order to expand their cadre of a dedicated and qualified talent force.  E-CNET employers are committed to diversity and recognize the value in partnering with such specialized employment services. E-CNET career efforts will have a primary focus on diverse candidates as identified by Title VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964 and The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967. This corresponds with employer’s recently broadened definition of diversity to better reflect inclusion as a strategic component and business advantage.
